Please note: We do not offer therapy or counseling services. If you need therapy, we’re happy to coordinate care with a separate therapist of your choice.

About Dr. Johnson
Dr. Johnson is the CEO and Founder of Derivative Psychiatry. Dr. Johnson focuses on helping individuals manage their mental health with clarity, compassion, and respect.
He has years of experience treating a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. His clinical work is rooted in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of the real-life challenges patients face in navigating the mental health system.
Beyond his professional role, Dr. Johnson is a dedicated husband and father. He shares his life with his wife, two children, and two affectionate cats. His family life is a constant reminder of the importance of balance, connection, and emotional well-being, values that shape the way he practices and leads.
As both a physician and the founder of Derivative Psychiatry, Dr. Johnson remains driven by a single goal: to help people feel better, think clearer, and live fuller lives.

Dr. Young is a contracted physician at Derivative Psychiatry and is committed to making mental health care more accessible for everyday Oklahomans. Dr. Young understands that life is complex, and so is mental health. He takes a practical, no-judgment approach to care, helping patients feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way. Whether you're starting treatment for the first time or looking for a new provider to continue care, Dr. Young focuses on what matters most: helping you feel like yourself again. Dr. Young is a devoted husband and father who values time with his family. He brings that same sense of patience, reliability, and grounded perspective into his work with patients every day.
About Nizhonie
Nizhonie is a contracted office assistant at Derivative Psychiatry who helps keep the day-to-day operations of the practice running smoothly. She supports patients and providers by assisting with scheduling, billing coordination, prior authorizations, and onboarding, helping ensure that administrative processes are clear, organized, and efficient. Nizhonie understands that navigating the administrative side of healthcare can sometimes feel overwhelming. She approaches her work with patience and attention to detail, helping patients and team members move through each step as smoothly as possible so that the focus can remain on care. Outside of work, Nizhonie is the proud mother of a young daughter. Her experience as a parent brings an added sense of empathy, responsibility, and dedication to the way she supports the practice and the people it serves.
